Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3-5 Thai chili peppers, finely sliced (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon fish sauce1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup Thai basil leaves
1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional for added color and sweetness)
Steamed jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Have all your ingredients prepped and ready to go before you start cooking, as this dish comes together quickly. Slice the garlic, chili peppers, and bell pepper. Wash the Thai basil leaves and set aside.Cook the Chicken: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chili peppers, sautéing until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add the ground chicken, breaking it apart with your spoon. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.Season the Dish: Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the chicken. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
