- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated with the oil and herbs.
- Spread the mushrooms out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they're not overcrowded.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown. Halfway through the cooking time, give the mushrooms a stir to ensure they roast evenly.
